Striving for Perfection
The co-owner of Crawshaw Design, I have more than 20 years’ experience in strategic marketing, graphic design, web design and development, and SEO. My clients have included Intel Corp, Raytheon, Chevron and Wells Fargo. Over the past few years, I have completed several projects for the Conservation Corps North Bay and for Hilton Resorts and Hotels, most recently as a member of an international web-development team. I also have written for industry on a variety of topical and technical matters. Redesigning and keeping the Jim Marshall LLC website and its associated media relations website up running and relevant is my special charge.
As a principal of Crawshaw Design, I have worked with clientele in a variety of fields, including healthcare, banking, retail, engineering, architecture, law, publishing, broadcasting, hospitality, and technology. Along with Todd, my work has appeared in trade publications and books.
In early 2020, I founded Cloud Service (cloudservice.crawshawdesign.com), a web-hosting company committed to deliver an awesome, honest experience as an alternative to the “big box” hosts.
I am a strong proponent of community service and have served on the boards of several local nonprofits. In 2009, I co-founded the Marin Volunteer League, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing support to other nonprofits through fundraising endeavors, and served as its executive director for more than 4 years.
I am a graduate of Binghamton University with a major in biology, a minor in chemistry, and a focus on genetics. My post-graduate studies include computer science at UC Berkeley.
