Develop a brand identity for an established, independent real estate firm specializing in real estate investments in San Francisco, including apartment house sales, tax-deferred exchanges, TIC development, single-family homes, and condominiums.
The goal was to create a visual image that distinctively communicated a vision of an upscale real estate property. The logo elements show a dimensional architectural structure composed of two arches, which also form the letters “F,” for Ferrigno.
This is a recent campaign, which included marketing material for stationery, brochures, banner exhibits, magazine ads, and videos. A new website is also in development. The client expressed great satisfaction with our work.
